We take time choosing our nursing and care staff so that we get the care right first time. The quality of our Homecare service depends entirely on the quality of the nurses and carers we place with clients.

We adopt one simple rule when it comes to recruitment, if we wouldn’t be happy for one of our nurses or carers to look after us or a member of our family, then they are not good enough to care for you.

Every nurse and carer wishing to join Pin Point Health and Homecare is subjected to rigorous checks, including an in-depth face to face interview with one of our managers or consultants. An annual CRB check, written references that cover a minimum of 2 years. PIN checks for nurses, proof of right to work in the UK, evidence of recent training, as well as various competency assessments for the role of which they are applying.

Even when they successfully pass these, all our nurses and carers receive on-going supervision, re-fresher training and development training.

We also conduct regular service feedback reviews from all our clients, this supports our program of continuous service, ensuring that we are exceeding client expectations and those standards set by Care Quality Commission (CQC).
