Care Support Worker (CSW), Healthcare Assistant
Pin Point Recruitment are currently looking to recruit an experienced care support workers to work regular, flexible ad-hoc shifts in private care home settings across Birmingham.
Working with Pin Point you will provide care to service users on day to day basis. You will be expected to professionally assess the service users, provide specialist advice and maintain care records.
As a HCA who has chosen to work with Pin Point Recruitment will be able to manage your own shift patterns and hours, with plenty of work available to choose from.
In order to register with Pin Point Recruitment you must…
• Have a minimum of 6 months care home experiences.
• Have up to date Mandatory Training certificates.
• Earn a highly competitive hourly pay rate up to £10/per hour and be paid on a weekly basis.
• Referral bonus scheme
• Be guided through your registration by a specialist consultant and have a team member available 24 hours per day.
Due to the high volume of available shifts; regardless of whether you are an HCA that prefers to work day or night shifts Pin Point Recruitment is able to help.
