We are currently recruiting on behalf of a client in Shipley who require a Registered Nurse (RGN) on a full time basis.
This role is to work within an established care home that provides nursing to adults aged 18 and above who have a variety of physical disabilities.
This is a great opportunity to join a friendly team of staff and provide person centred care to residents. Both day and night hours and opportunities are available.
As a nurse, your duty will be to promote patients' health by completing the nursing process; collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary team members; providing physical and psychological support to patients, friends, and families; supervising assigned team members.
Provide clinical support and care to service users
Develop, implement and evaluate nursing care plans
Collaborate with physicians and team members
Make certain that residents medical, physical and emotional requirements are met
Ensure that accurate records are maintained and used effectively
You will have the following:
Preferred Min of 6 months post registration
NMC Registered Nurse (RGN,RMN) with Active pin
Experience of working with service users with physical disabilities
A strong sense of responsibility
Professional, friendly & a willing disposition
Eligibility to work in the UK
