We are looking for an experienced Nurse for a Deputy Manager role based in Darlington, County Durham. The service is a specialist hospital caring for adults whom are on the autistic spectrum, living with a learning disability and possess behaviour that can be deemed as challenging. The ideal candidate will be a qualified nurse (RNLD or RMN) and have previous management experience.
You will be responsible for the planning, implementation and evaluation of patient care as part of a multi-disciplinary team and will possess experience in conducting care audits, monitoring standards of care and ensuring the delivery of high quality nursing care.
Deputising for the Service Manager, you will take a leadership role for the team, ensuring all staff are supervised appropriately and rotas are in place to enable the smooth, efficient running of the service.
