Due to expansion within our Healthcare team we are recruiting for an experienced Recruitment Consultant with a knowledge of the sector and a proven track record as a 360 recruiter.
Your duties will include but are not limited too:
· using sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking to attract business from client companies
· visiting clients to build and develop relationships
· developing a good understanding of client companies, their industry and how they operate.
· advertising vacancies by drafting and placing adverts across job boards and print based media
· using social media to advertise positions and attract candidates
· Conducting candidate interviews
· Completion of candidate supervisions
· Management of internal systems
· Coordination of staffing rota’s
· Compliance and Screening of candidates
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills both verbal and written, alongside and the drive to succeed within a fast paced sales environment.
